Job Overview
The Production Manager will provide oversight and leadership to the Media Staff, and Media volunteers of Covenant Love. The Production Manager is directly responsible to the Executive Pastor with ultimate accountability to the SeniorPastor.
The role of the Production Manager is to oversee, cast vision, strategize, and provide direction in all areas pertaining to the CL Media team for the SundayExperience and other CL events. The Production Manager is also responsible for vision, growth, and expansion in the digital realm.
Essential Functions & Job Duties
1. Collaborate in all phases of the weekend service and weekly digital content from concept development through production.
a. Collaborate with the Technical Director in content creation & Sunday worship experience.
2. Oversee media team meetings
i. Facilitate conversation revolving around services, events, and creative leadership
ii. Delegate responsibilities to the media staff
iii. Create a culture based on the vision, mission & core values
iv. Provide encouragement and direction to the media team
3. Oversee all communications including print graphics, website management, social media and maintaining consistence of branding
across all formats.
4. Oversee the approval and placement of volunteer leadership for the media team
a. Interview potential media leaders and volunteers
b. Approve and sign off on volunteer applications
5. Attend Weekly Meetings
a. Creative brainstorming sessions with Senior Pastor
b. Pastoral Synchronization Meeting
c. Corporate Staff Meetings

h. Creative brainstorming meetings with ministries
i. Stand up and stand down meetings
6. Coordinate with other departments and the media team for upcoming projects and events
