The FMM is in charge of providing management recommendations, decisions and implementation of programs, projects, maintenance and improvements on the agricultural lands of the NM Christian Children's Home. The FMM manages the livestock and the crops used to feed livestock. FMM is in charge of federal reporting and programs associated with these endeavors. Because of the agricultural aspect of the position, "odd hours" are routinely worked and required. These odd hours can be shared with the Farm Assistant. FMM works a regular 40 hour week and is paid over-time for any hours worked over 40. On-site housing and utilities are provided with this position. NMCCH provides 100% of insurance premiums for health, vision, dental, life, and short-term disability. We match 401k contributions up to 5% of wages. We help staff with tuition expenses for those looking to further their education. Together we have a family atmosphere dedicated to serving our clients.

We do this without government money and depend on the generosity of private donors to accomplish our mission.
